  • All deliveries are sent to the delivery address and cannot be changed once an order has been placed.

  • Orders before 12pm will be sent out same day(varies on the item).​

  • We are based in London and we ship worldwide!

  • Salon collections are available(you will need to call us and place the order on the day and you will need to pay at the salon).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

DVH's Return & Exchange Policy is designed to give you peace of mind when making a purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your hair extensions, we are here to assist you with our straightforward refund or exchange process. We want you to shop with confidence and trust in the quality of our products.
 
At DVH, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide exceptional customer service. Our commitment to your happiness drives our policies and practices.

Hair extensions & product returns

If you need to return or exchange your DVH order for any reason, firstly email us immediately after it's received with the reasoning for return. Please do not open or use in the event of returning for a refund.  Once you've emailed us, we will then send your the details on how to send it back. Send the unopened item back to us within 14 days of receipt after the initial email sent to us. Any product that has been open, worn, cut etc, cannot be returned and will not be accepted it. If your return does not meet our policy requirements, it cannot be.  You will be responsible for the return fee. Please note if you choose a free shipping option, a fee will be deducted to cover original shipping costs.

Once the received item has been examined there is no faults and it was sent by at its original state, then a refund will be issued within 14 working days. An email will be sent out for any further information.

 

Custom-coloured hair extensions & wigs

We do not offer refunds on any of our custom-coloured hair extensions & wigs and this is literally due to the facts that its customer made per customer order. Any errors made on our part can be exchanged or fixed.

Our online course

There are no refunds.

BOOKING POLICY

Wecome to DVH salon booking policy. Reschedule must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation. There is no refunds on any of our services.
